Very run down. A/C / heating unit in room was filthy, missing it's grill, had broken pieces hanging off of it and cycled on and off every minute. Paper thin walls. Peeling plaster, bugs and old beds did not make it an enjoyable stay. Just plain icky.

Decided to stay here on our way home from Ohio. It is not hard to find as it is right past the exit off of the PA Turnpike. Picked up one of the travelers guides and found a coupon for this hotel and checked tripadvisor on how well this hotel ranked with others located nearby. I'm not sure if the other hotels are that bad but was disappointed to find this hotel room was not at all what I had read about online. The room appeared okay but inspecting the room we did find a stain on the one bed sheet. We presumed it could be permanently on there but didn't help the feel of the room any. The mattress and frame had multiple stains on it and the bathroom while clean looking the tub had not been scrubbed in some time. It had black mold along the grooves in the shower/tub. We all felt comfortable not showering for the night and for the price we couldn't really complain for what we paid. The hotel clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to stop and see the Flight 93 memorial and they already had directions printed out for us to use. The breakfast was poor. Generic cheerios and frosted flakes. They did offer oatmeal. The apples were so hard and unripe I ended up throwing it away. Coffee was mediocre tea was great but again for one night it was okay but would not stay here again.

This place couldn't have been nicer. All the desk personnel were very helpful. I was given information by them about things I was looking for in the local area. They took their time to help me often. Virginia, at the lobby in the afternoon was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed here five days. The hotel is clean and has been "kept-up". They had an exercise room and I used the treadmill there, which worked well. It's directly-off the turnpike; hang a left-hand turn, immediately after exiting the toll booth. I'll stay here in the future. It's a great deal. The travelers using this property seemed to be really nice-type people, also.

Should have higher star value. Clean, good shower and bed, friendly and polite at desk, refrigerator. Good value. Stayed one night and then another on our way home. Would stay again. Meals: King's Restaurant - 20% off when you show your room key!
