The staff was willing to change rooms to make sure that each family members had a room that worked. At breakfast they ensured everything went smoothly although there were a large number of people. They could not have been more helpful. If we needed something they got it for us.

This Fairfield contatined rooms that were smaller than others I've stayed in. We stayed in a suite with a pullout bed - when opened it was difficult for us to get by (including going to the bathroom). I paid the intenet rate -- about an hour after check in i heard the attendant at the front desk giving quotes for half the price I paid and she was quite loudly doing so - which ticked me off! Towels were paper thin. The breakfast area was also small and crowded. While i would consider staying there again, i'd first look at other options - i thought the price was high for the stay.

I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. Everything from the entranceway, lobby, corridors, elevators and rooms were spotless. The breakfast area had a huge selection, from waffles, pastries, muffins, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, assorted yogurt, plus pancake on a stick and ham, egg and cheddar quiche. The coffee was excellent.

Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, hot tub and excercise area. Rooms were well appointed, very clean, comfy bed, with lots of pillows, microwave and fridge. The lobby was inviting with lots of seating. Checkout time was 12:00 which gave us a little extra time to enjoy this hotel.

The next time we visit New Stanton, I would definitely stay here.

My friend and stayed at the Fairfield Inn in New Stanton PA We were very pleased with the hotel selection. Location to St. Vincent's is convenient (about 7-10 miles away), The room was not fancy but perfectly fine. The room accomodations were comfortable, safe and clean - perfect for our needs. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants and not far off the main exit. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had no issues with check-in or check-out or getting any questions answered quickly. The only thing that surprised us was the pool. We expected it to be a little bigger and quieter but it was rather small and crowded but no big deal. I'd recommend this hotel if one is needed in the area. The continental breakfast looked very good and was a nice touch but I didn't have a chance to sample the food.
