Please think twice about frequenting this establishment. My co-workers gave my husband and I a $125 gift certificate and we planned a reservation. The night before our check-in day I was hospitalized and when I called Pineapple Hill they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was in the hospital for 3 days. In the meantime, they happily pocketed the money and offered me NOTHING. Not a breakfast muffin.... a discount in the future... nothing. In fact, I wrote several emails, to which I got NO response at all. A co-worker of mine spoke with the owner of the inn, even offering to come and show her the hospitalization papers as proof of a true emergency, and she was curt and impolite. This is NOT a business to support. Customer relations mean NOTHING and there is apparently no reasonable, human behavior/caring when it comes to a true unforeseen emergency.

If you get the opportunity to visit Pineapple Hill, we suggest you do so. The staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The room was very cozy and our relaxing stay was just what we needed. Breakfast could not have been better, with all homemade food and excellent service. When you are in Bucks County you should try to stay at this delightful inn, you will not be disappointed.

Although the rooms are a bit small and privacy is not a priority, the pineapple hill bed and breakfast is a convenient stop for 1 night excursion. Located between new hope and washington's crossing, the inn makes for an easy excessable destination point between the 2 towns. The rooms are small but they are clean. There is an outdoor pool which is nice if you have the time
Very relaxing

The rooms are well appointed, clean with lots of space.
The cost is a bit on the high side, but not out of line for other, similar B&Bs, in the New Hope area.
The grounds are nice, the pool okay and overall a good place to relax.

Close proximity to the Canal trail (0.3 mil away) for biking, hiking & running.

New Hope is approximately 4 miles, Washington Crossing is approximately 2.5 miles away, so definitely will need a car to get around.

Note: Pineapple Hill does not allow children under 12 years of age.

Overall, excellent B&B choice for New Hope and we intend to return.
