Just passing through. Stayed here 'cause it was what I could see from the highway. Rate was fine. Soft bed. AC. What more could you want in July? Free wi-fi was a surprise. Decor is a little outdated, older building, etc., but my room was clean and just fine. Staff was very courteous.

I was in the area after a day in Harrisburg, stopping off before a trip to Gettysburg. I stayed at this hotel based on previous TripAdvisor reviews. It did not disappoint. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with the TV in my room (a previous tenant had changed the V-chip settings) and someone came to my room to help me fix it. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The beds were clean and provided a good night's sleep. The Internet connection was excellent. The shower height and water pressure were good. The refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. Although the immediate area is not much to look at, the interstate access and room rate of the hotel make it a winner. (If you want scenery, head to Gettysburg--it's close!) All in all, it was an excellent stay. If I were to make a return trip to the area, I would stay here again.

We come to Harrisburg once a year to a homeschooling convention at the Farm Show Convention center, and this is our third time staying here. The first time, we had gotten a room at another hotel through priceline and that hotel gave us a smoking room that we couldn't breathe in, and they gave us the same line as another reviewer said about this hotel - apparently priceline no longer guarantees non-smoking rooms. We ended up leaving (and still paying for the night anyway...) and came to this Days Inn which was excellent.

We enjoy the breakfast in the morning: waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, orange juice and milk, etc.

This year there was a sports team staying in the hotel, and I was concerned that they were going to be loud, but I couldn't even hear them... And the hotel did pretty well keeping up with the demand of an extra 40 teenagers for breakfast all trying to eat at the same time as us.

We traveled with four other families this year and they let us use the "breakfast room" to order pizza one evening, which was great.

The playground is no longer there, but there is grass to run around and get out some youngster energy.

We arrived at 3:30 AM the first night due to a schedule change, and the desk staff quickly woke up and got us our room.

A very nice hotel in the center of town. Convenient. Parking in hotel. Employees were happy to assist.. The continental breakfast was superb. Breakfast area was inviting, clean, Sherry the hostess was wonderful. Plenty of fruit, breads, muffins, cereal hot/cold, tea, coffee, juices, make your own...
