Pretty much everything about this place is average. Clean rooms, what you would expect from a HIE, although the A/C was very loud making it harder to sleep well. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly front desk staff. Close to the highway. Various stores and restaurants in the area. Easy drive to Pittsburgh. They have a business center but I did not use it so I can't comment. I would stay here again on business.

From the time we, my wife and I, walked in the front door till we left two dayslater it was a wonderful event.
Michelle was very nice, helpful and EFFIECENT.
The daily Free breakfast was hot and varied. We will be back.

We had to come to west side of Pittsburgh unexpectedly two weeks ago. Almost every hotel near the airport was booked. This was further out than we wanted to stay, but really the only option left on short notice in our price range. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was much more than expected...eggs, pancakes, and even healthy food like yogurt, fruit, etc. Thank you HIE for a nice stay.

This hotel was fabulous....The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly and my dogs felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
