The motel is very close to Gold Coast airport. We booked it as we need to catch an early flight on the next day. The motel is the nicest i ever stay during my visit in Gold Coast. Nice decorated room with very good bathroom. There a mini fridge for us to put our food and oven to heat our food. The lady at the reception is very kind to help us carry our big luggage into our room. Outside of each room, there is a parking lot for people who drive their own car. Recommended!

Booked the room on the basis of Best Western brand - so much for brand names, I doubt I will ever book a room on the basis of this name again.
Booked through an on-line service which was obviously a point of offence for reception. This is our third stay in this area - two just down the road much better for a comparable price.

Very tired room/entire motel that has had some repairs that were poorly done. Very safe to walk around at night because the curtains at either end of the room didn't stop much of the light that was streaming in. I won't mention the push bike chained to post directly outside our room, I would have mentioned it but was totally underwhelmed by staff. By the way free wi-fi but 'don't download too much' whatever that means. TV reception kept breaking up - I don't remember that happening down the road - very glad we were passing through.

We recently had a morning flight out of the Coolangatta airport so we booked a night here due to its proximity to the airport. We liked it so much that we booked another night there when we were fliying out of the airport. The hotel is very close to attractions in Tweed Heads and Coolangatta, and the host Maxine could not be nicer. She went out of her way to welcome us even though we arrived late. On the second night, it was like being welcomed by an old friend. She put milk in our fridge so we could have it with our tea.

The rooms are made up very nice and the showers are really good too.
Also there are a lot of litte extras that other places charge you for, such as free-wifi and replacement toiletry items in case you forget yours (Like I forgot my toothbrush)
