I recently booked a three day stay over the Australia day long weekend for $710 for 2 adults and 2 children due to the bad weather conditions I rang them to deffer the dates of stay to the Easter long weekend the staff replied "yes sure that is not the problem I'm really busy at the moment. i"ll ring you back and let you know what I can do for you". 3 days went past before the staff decided to ring and tell us the good news that because we change our resevation dates we loose 1 nights accomadation for cancelling and refunding . I then replied i am not cancelling and I dont want the refund. I just want to rebook the resevation for the Easter long weekend but the Hotel and staff management were so rude and arrogant on the phone to me and refused to be reasonable with me even when i explained to them that they did not inform me at the time when I rang up to defer the dates that I would loose a days stay and stll they stole $237 from me and to top it off I asked them after all the drama to refund me back the remaing money paid and have given me the run around telling me they need authorisation from management and owners of the hotel this has been going on for 3 days very unacceptable you get better quality customer service from a petrol station.
