Stayed here for one night as a birthday treat for my partner, what a shame we didn't have more time to stay longer. Arrived after hours but had spoken to reception on the phone earlier. Extremely helpful and friendly guy called Simon gave us instructions what to do for key pickup, worked brilliantly. He told us he's have the hot tub bubbling away at 37c for our arrival and true to his word, it was. Stayed in a deluxe suite overlooking the bush and a peak of the beach through the trees. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, absolute silence when we woke up....such a peaceful spot. Loved the location - away from the touristy areas and on its own tucked away in the bush. We ordered the breakfast basket which was in the fridge waiting for us. It won't win any healthy eating prizes and it was Coles value brand but hey, it saved us the hassle of having to shop. Missed out on seeing any koalas but we walkled down the 4x4 track to Samurai Beach and over the rocks to One Mile Beach. Amazing - don't miss them. We were given a complimentary late checkout at 2pm and again reception was so helpful when we said goodbye. Even the groundsman and the cleaning lady stopped to say hi as we passed them.
