While the menu is rather limited, the food is fresh and fish is local. No choices for vegetarians, so let them know in advance and they will create something delicious for you.

Book ahead, especially Fri nights. The restaurant is not BYO. Try the chef's signature fish dish which is amazing. Save room for the delicious desserts. Wherever you are staying on the island, they have a comfortable, spacious mini bus with a lovely driver to take you home after the meal.

we had dinner here on our first night on the island. There seems to be two different menus here depending on the day of the week. We had the non asian menu. My partner had prawns for his entree that he said were lovely. I had steak, chips and salad for my main and it was very nice. The staff were very helpful with my onion intolerance. My partner had crispy skin pork belly for main and the skin was fabulously crisp. I'd go there again.

Lovely ambience and good service though be warned that you may be sitting outside and on our visit those doing so were clearly cold. We went on a Saturday night when they have asian style food and we found overall it was our best dining experience. The desert was however a bit disappointing.
We also went to the Bowling Club for pie night on Monday which while a very different experience was most enjoyable. The modern cafe in Ned's Beach Road(Humpty Mick's?)had good bread for sale and good food but we only had breakfast and snacks there and not dinner. It has an enjoyable ambience and good service but the coffee was ordinary. Had great hamburgers at Thompsons store. We also ate at Greenbacks which had good fish and chips but was cold-all tables are outdoors and the service was friendly but amateurish. Ate at Milky Way too-don't bother.
