Do yourself a favour and don't stay here unless you either don't want to sleep or can sleep through anything. (I am usually a heavy sleeper!!)

This was a very noisy motel despite being assured otherwise when we checked in. The deluxe rooms are right on the highway and there is little chance of a good night's sleep.
The noise from adjacent rooms is also unacceptable - we heard our neighbours talking and their TV and also heard their every move as they left early the following morning.

The room was very dated and in need of modernisation. However it was clean and had an effective air conditioning unit.

In my opinion this motel was very expensive given how dated it is. There are other better options in Hay.
