lovely people. found dinning room small. lovely bathroom top floor room 6 long way up room clean and tidy would have been nice if the wall were you have make your drink didnt have coffe down would have been wipe down. bed every time you moved made a sound. if youir looking for a clean average guest house then you have found one. didnt like the dog sleeping on the chairs were i would be sitting on if sat in frount roon.. nice dog... bar not a bar really its just a very small places under stairs..would i go back sad to say no . but then thats me.after looking around found lot nicer ones in same street and cheaper.

We only stayed one night but a great friendly welcome, rooms spotless, breakfast was quality. would we stay again? If i needed a place to stay in Brid they would be the first people i would ring.

From the minute we arrived at Oakwell we felt like part of the family. Large light and airy bedroom, decor to match, immaculate ensuit shower, basin and w.c. Breakfast was enough to keep us going all day. 2 minute walk to the front, 4 minutes into town. Carol and Alex, this B & B is a credit to you both. Hope to see you next year. [---]

A lovely guest house in the heart of Bridlington, quiet yet convenient for the town center and the harbour. Easy parking for those using a car. Guest parking permit provided free.

I have stayed in a great many hotels in the UK and abroad and lots dont match up to the cleanliness and faclities you get at the Oakwell. Its those little extras that make all the difference to the stay.
Carol tells me that al lot of her bookings are repeats, and I can fully understand why - you wont find better anywhere.
Very highly recommended!
