it was a terrible experience!!! the room was very dirty and I think they don° t change the linen of the beds every time.... in the beds we found everything... a lot of hair , blood...the bathroom too was very old and dirty...

after we checked in with a credit card, we found the room had been used by unknown persons for the purpose of sex... we found used condoms and wash cloths on the floor and in the waste basket...i reported this to the front desk clerk,who said he would take care of the problem and there would be no charge on my credit card...that the room was a comp. to me .....i was given an invoice that appeared to show a credit for the room...a couple a weeks later,i received a bill for the room on my credit card.....save yourself the trouble and stay someplace else...

I stayed there, and it was nice and quiet. Check in was fast. It is within the same parking lot as other hotels like Comfort inn, Holiday inn, and the Red Roof, but they are more expensive so the motel 6 comes in handy. Also, there is a Denny's restaurant in the parking lot, and even a night club 10 minutes away near the riverfront if you want to go out for drinks. Its very roomy and you get what you pay for. Papa John's and Dominoes deliver. I stayed there numerous times and have never had any problems. If your the HIGH maintenence type, then you can't expect a hotel suite at the motel 6, but for 60 dollars it was very comfortable.

Don't stay in this dump. For $70.00 we were treated to a bathroom with fixtures 40 years old. The toilet seat was falling off and virtually impossible to use. Worst of all, the molding on the bottom of the bathroom wall had either been stripped off by visitors or by motel staff and never replaced. Instead there was a huge hole along the bottom of the wall. The room was dirty and literally stank of cigarette smoke (no non-smoking rooms were available).

If you can afford it, pay more and stay at one of the other places nearby. If you can't....find a place to camp.
