I visited this hotel back in August 2010. It was in a convenient location off a busy road with lots of restaurants around so walking to eat was convenient. The rooms were clean and roomy and the front desk staff was very helpful. They even opened up the pool late for us to take a dip in after hours. We arrived back at the hotel late after a concert, it was super muggy and hot so the front desk person let us in the pool. that was very nice of them to do for us!

We stayed for four days three nights. We found the staff friendly, the manager ( Mark ) was great, friendly and a people person. They had the pool shut down for repairs on the whirl pool, we were upset at first but he had them clean the room and let us use the pool. Breakfast was a repeat but it was about the same as anywhere else for the price. Room was clean. We got alot of snow while we were there and Mark gave us a good price to stay agian, and always kept us up to date on the weather and road conditions. We got 7.00 free play each day we were there for the casino. I would stay agian.

They must have fired the maid. The circular dust pattern on the ceiling was a nice addition to the crusty dust on the ceiling fan blades. They are trying to conserve energy with light fixtures with more than 1 light bulb, because these fixtures only had on light buld that worked.

In the living area the wall paper was ripped and torn from a chair that they replaced, but did not repair the wall paper, The bathroom sink leaked at one time, but the maid did not clean up the mess.

Bed too soft and unsupportive.

The outside of the hotel is nice as well as the lobby but thats about all. We reserved a "non" smoking room but the entire third floor smelled of smoke. The side door on the outside of the hotel would not register the key that was given to us. Nor would it register any other. Breakfast is a joke. Room is to small to serve anything in and the way that the buffet is set out there is a constant bottle neck at the beginning of the line. Leave extra time for breakfast!!!! For 79 bucks a night it wasn't bad but there are improvements that they could make to ease the stay.
