We stayed here in September and kept remarking about how glad we were to have chosen it. We were on a budget, and this hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the rest of the area. Our room was clean and tidy. It was also in a wonderful location, as it was just a few steps to the sand and views of the famous Haystack Rock. It was a quick little drive to the center of town. Great value- would definitely stay there if we are ever in CannonBeach again!

Stayed here twice in one year--October 2010 and again in July 2011--and loved it both times and seasons. Can't beat the location: right on the beach, right off Hwy 101, and with its own restaurant on-site with killer chowder and a killer view of the Pacific. The rooms are clean and resemble a condo vacation rental. Makes a great home base for Tillamook, Ecola State Park, Astoria, etc. Kids can enjoy the heated pool regardless of weather, and the laundry facilities are a help on an extended trip. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this venue three times, sometimes with our teen children and sometimes just my husband and I. Making the arrangements has always been as easy a quick phone call, the room is just what we asked for and is impeccably clean--a must for me! The availability of hot tub for Dad and swimming pool for the kids is great. Easy access to the beach saves us time as we are usually trying to get a lot of fun into each day. The EVOO cook school in nearby Cannon Beach was excellent for dinner and the kitchenette in the room made it simple to get breakfast in the morning so we could get out quickly for a hike south of Tolovanna. The free internet is wonderful add on. I would recommend to anyone.

My friend and I (and two dogs) spent four days at Tolovana recently. The location and beach access is terrific. It is a little inconvenient having to drive to Cannon Beach proper to browse the shops, but for hanging out on the beach it is perfect. We had a ground floor room with a bedroom, and a wall bed in the living room. It had a terrace to hang out on and a real kitchen. There were adequate pots, utensils, plates, etc. to do real cooking. For a longer visit this is a good option for saving money. A Mo's restaurant is within walking distance and nice for a casual dinner.
