Seriously, folks, what do you expect from a budget motel? Do you want day spa treatment? Seems like it.
Well, I had a bit extra in my pocket on my way home, so I stopped at a few other places first. The casino was a JOKE!!! No discounted rooms, $120/night. Super 8 had a sign on the door that said "Reservations Only" and the door was locked. I started wondering if suburbia had been over-run by gangs.....so I deicded to hit the ol' basic M6.
Basic room. The shower was great, though! Great pressure, and a 5 option shower head....which after 14 hours of driving, the massaging option was bliss.
As for the hall, yes, it stinks, this is just poor building planning. All rooms are entered from inside, therefor, all smoke lingers in the hall.
Bedspreads....I don't care WHERE you are staying...from single diamond to five diamond...ALL bedspreads are corner material!!! I work at a hotel in a resort town....and sadly enough, you just don't wash bedsreads everyday. It's too costly on all aspects.
This is your basic money saving Motel 6.

I had to stay here with my cat for two nights to get away from my abusive husband.. they staff was not very friendly but the rooms were not so bad.. the first one I stayed in had a couple lights with burned out bulbs but it was fairly clean .. I didn't use the bedspread cause It did look disgusting.. but the sheets were clean..

We stopped here to spend the night while on our way home. After two hours, we left! The bedspreads and blankets were soiled and had cigarette holes in the blanket. The room had a very bad odor and so did the halls. Don't waste your money here. Spend the extra and go to La Quinta!

The main problem with this place is that they allow pets, so we could hear a dog barking most of the evening and night. I understand that people sometimes need to travel with their pets, but shouldn't the motel have a pet section so other travelers can get a good night's rest? The room was clean although the sheets and pillows were really thin. The hallway had a disgusting smell of rotten garbage. The check-in lobby was so tiny that no more than 3 people could be in the area without feeling clusterphobic. At least the place was fairly easy to find off the interstate. Not many restaurant choices nor much to do in the area. As we just needed a place to stay for the night, it was ok considering the price (~$40).
