Yes, I said TOILET PAPER! The motel had NONE! They sent a guy across the street to the Dollar store to buy some. The poor desk clerk was horrified at the situation. There were NO CLEAN TOWELS! ANYWHERE! This place was the worst that you can possibly imagine! The desk clerk has no change! If you want to pay cash, you'd better have exact change. RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

My daughter rented this place for her wedding reception. The man in charge- JIM- took her money (quite a sum in comparison to other event centers locally) promised her everything she would need then was hateful to her and made her cry all day before the wedding just because she wanted the chairs and tables HE had promised (which of course we NEVER got. We didn't have enough seating for our guests +had to use the tables from the pool side for our punch.) It was absolutely awful. The staff did their best but the man yelled at them for not finding the tables that were NOT THERE. In front of us! He promised there would be enough before the wedding but of course they never made it. There needs to be major repairs. It was raining and water was leaking through onto our guests. I just think the owners ought to have a wedding there and see how perfectly awful the management they have is. Electric outlets non existent or non working. He didn't even put their Names on the sign out front like he had promised- NO SURPISE at this point. NO, don't walk away from this place---RUN!!!

When I called to make the reservation I asked was the indoor pool and hot tub in working order because my husband & I were traveling with two teenagers who get bored easily, I was assured they were both in working order. I also asked to be put as close as possible to the pool and was assured I would be. Upon arrival I discovered the hotel was currently being remodeled. The rooms closest to the pool were under construction so there went that. The area we had to walk in to get to the pool was FREEZING COLD and the indoor pool area was FREEZING as the construction crew left the door open leading to the outside. We went to go swimming again at 9 p.m. and could not because the water in the indoor pool was FREEZING. The Hot Tub had NO WATER in it and needless to say....was NOT working. The bathroom looked as if it had not seen a toliet brush in months and the tub was FILTHY (we had to clean the bathroom before we could use it). We had to literally turn the heat up on 90 DEGREE'S to stay warm, no ice machine, no ice bucket (only a plastic bag), the coffee machine was broken and the only pop machine was out of all diet soft drinks. My family and I travel alot in state and out of state and I kid you not, this is the WORSE experience we have ever had......if ever in Muskogee, beware of the Azalea Inn.
