A friend and I stayed here on a Saturday night and were pleased at the attention to detail in the room. This was easily the cleanest and best-maintained room I have ever stayed in over many years of travel in many areas. Room was very clean and beds were great. However, the usual wear problems of a facility not brand new were no where to be found. Everything in the room, hallways and lobby area was exceptionally well-maintained. This is a hidden gem along I-75 in Ohio.

We visit my son and his family 3-4 times a year and this location is close to his small town and right off I75. We like the variety of restaurants at this exit and there's always a Walmart, Lowes, and Walgreens if you need anything! We have been staying here since it was a Holiday Inn Express and Best Western has transitioned well. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and we enjoy having a small frid and microwave in the room. The staff is friendlly and accessible and the price is right. The only thing I think that could be improved is the breakfast. I miss some of the selelction of a Holiday Inn Express especially the warm cinnamon rolls!

I chose this hotel because it was close to Grand Lake Saint Marys. We were about 15 miles from there and didn't get caught up in the tourist trap atmosphere in Saint Marys. The location is right off of Rt. 33 and it is across the street from the Neil Amstrong Air and Space Museum.
When we checked in I asked for a 1st floor room because I wanted to store my 7 1/2 year olds' bike with mine in our room. The clerk was very polite and gave us a first floor room with easy access to an exterior door. It worked out great for us.
The room was very clean with a frig and microwave as well. The continental breakfast had scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, waffles, coffee, juice, milk and cereal as well. It was very good and included in the price of the room. We enjoyed splashing around in the indoor pool as well. This is a great facility.

Sometimes Best Westerns have a bad reputation, but this one was really nice. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and nicely updated, a nice indoor pool and spa and a good breakfast in the morning.
