I stayed in this hotel because it was the host hotel for a meeting I was attending. On the plus side, it was centrally located, my guest room was HUGE and the view from my room was amazing. We lunched in the restaurant and the food was okay. The biggest suprise was the not-so-nice service from the woman at the front desk when we (me and several colleagues) were checking in. She hardly acknowledged us when we said we were there to check in, then proceeded to busy herself with something else. She never welcomed us, offered any suggestions/tips or even said "Enjoy your stay." Maybe it's because I work in the tourism industry, but I found this absolutely unacceptable. I realize that a hotel can't always control, the facility, HVAC or other big problems ... but decent customer service is a no-brainer to me. My advice: get some at your front desk. You can't afford not to.
