I booked my stay in advance over the phone, which was a quick and painless process. The front desk was accomidating to my scheduling needs and allowed me to check in before their 1pm time, which was very helpful! I'd agree with others' reviews concerning room conditions, and would have no qualms recommending this location to friends traveling in the area.

Staff was super friendly. The room was spotless and had little extras like a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs. They seem to have Japanese customers as well because there was Japanese TV Channel and a Japanese newspaper, besides 2 dree US papers. Breakfast was good, the usual. I loved their 100 calorie yogurt! I became an American Best Value member just before we left home and then the rate was a very reasonable $58 plus tax.

I came here for a business trip and the place was really good. Clean bathroom, comfortable mattress, nice towels and all the lights worked which I've noticed can be an issue at hotels. Customer service was good too, everyone working here was very courteous and the front desk even remembered my name and greeted me with a big smile. Great start to to the day!
