When we arrived at the Day's Inn in Canton OH we became very concerned to see the screens hanging from the windows and literally NO cars in the parking lot at 8 p.m. When the very nice clerk showed us the room it was already all we could do not to gag from the absolutely filthy carpet, walls, etc. Even the paint behind the check in was peeling. I know Days Inn has gone down hill but I won't trust one again after this. It was a total slum hotel.

Dirty and not recommended. Once we saw the room we were assigned, immediately told staff we were leaving and asked for a refund. DO NOT GO THERE!

The front desk looked ok but when we got to the room it stunk so bad and was so hot it felt like the heat was on 100. The next morning housekeeping walked in our room 2 times once at 8 and once at 830 while we were still sleeping. Check out wasnt till 11am!! Will never be back. Called the customer serivce number and told them and all they said they could do would be offer me 10% off my next stay! Why would i go back!!!

This was simply an awful hotel. The first room I was put in had the dead bolt missing- it had been ripped right out of the wall. So, I go to the front desk to ask for a new room and they have it sitting there. So they know it's broke/missing and still put people in the room. The second room had black mold on the shower head and around the drain and around the bottom of the toliet. There is absolutely no way the floor had been vacuumed, swept or mopped anytime in the last week. There were wires sticking out of the walls, the towels and sheets were old and worn. Then right around bed time, a large group of loud people assembled outside the hotel and then checked in. They called my room twice looking for Janice (not me), were rude and extremely loud all night.

THIS HOTEL SUCKS!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend an extra thirty bucks and get a decent place.
