Laverne JOnes was very courteous and prompt. Very busy but always had a smile on her face.

My wife and I was there July 9-10-11 Front desk Very helpful and Professional, Dining , all staff very friendly and made you feel at Home. Special pat on the back to Laverne very Gracious and professional. She made our stay at this Hotel very livable, Thanks Laverne and cut back on those hours. Room's very clean and comfortable. All of the staff treated Visitors with Respect and were very helpful with any thing asked of them. The only thing Hotel needs is out side cameras for Mental security of Patron's. No problem's during our stay inside or out.Thanks again to the Holiday Gang.

Stayed here on a Saturday night while in town for a wedding. Located in downtown Mansfield, which is fine but there isn't much going on around the hotel/within walking distance. You will need a car to go out for dinner, make a trip to the drug store, etc. Hotel was very clean, employees were friendly and helpful. Great bar on the first floor. Parking is free. Excellent value. Would suggest this hotel for anyone visiting Mansfield.
