I stayed here for a wedding in July. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. The staff was okay, neither super outgoing nor rude. Not much near the hotel to do. It seemed overpriced for a hotel in Mansfield.

I was a little surprised by the some of the low rankings/reviews on this hotel. It has been several years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn, but stayed at this one and was thrilled. It is located in Downtown Mansfield and is a very nice hotel. The room was great. I would encourage you to do as I did and pay the little bit more for a 2-room suite - It was well worth it.

The room had a desk with office chair, couch, flat screen and a kitchen with sit-down counter, microwave, fridge, etc. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very well kept and clean.

The pool wasn't huge, but enough to swim in and the hot tub was just fine for about 8 of us. Only issue I can think of was the wifi was a little "odd" to setup, but it was free and we figured it out so no big deal. Would definately stay there again if traveling to that area.

This is an older style HI in a lovely downtown setting. The room as up to date and clean. Good internet. Very helpful staff. I would stay here again! Has a small business center near the enterance and I do not think the pool was open, but I did not ask.

My name is Greg Armstrong. I chair the Wednesday Night Men's Discussion Group of Alcoholics Anonymous. We are a group with as many as 30 members. The Holiday In has provided us with a room to meet in for more than 5 years.
In that time we have had several servers, but we all agree that Laverne is the best. She is efficient, thorough, and extremely pleasant. She moves fast and respects our meeting.
We can't not express enough what a wonderful community service the Holiday Inn provides. It is located downtown and is very convenient for those who don't have transportation. The Holiday Inn has played a huge part in the lives of many people struggling to recover from alcoholism and Laverne is simply wonderful.
