“Hole part 2”

Stayed here on June 27,2008 and checked in to the motel that night to find out what a hole in the wall it was. The room had dirty black sheets on the bed. Bugs climbing the walls. Carpet was filthy. bathroom had spiders all over the ceiling and I had to wash the the spiders off the ceiling and black dust fell off the ceiling. I complained to the owner of the hotel and even checked out and owner said he would still charge my credit card for extra night stay. The other end of hotel was shut down due to roof leaking. Air conditioner didn't work. It was a defication hole. The pictures on his web site is so untrue on what it really looks like.There was bed bugs in the room . Door room had holes in the door. So someone could look into your room.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed! The roof on the back side was collapsing with a plastic sheet directing the water to run into the parking lot. Carpet along the back was soggy wet.

My room was so filthy I had the manager come in with me to witness it so he would not try to blame me. He told me a dog had gone to the bathroom in there and smeared it on the wall - do not know why it was not cleaned up! The carpet was so filthy and stained it is hard to say what had gone on in that room. The room stunk so bad it was obvious someone had tried to clean it up with some type of perfumed spray which was nauseating. The AC did not work at all – but he kept telling me it did. In the bathroom, of a double room there was one bath towel, one hand towel and 2 washclothes – all of which looked as if they had been used to work on a car.

Manager very dishonest! I tried paying Discover – which is advertised – he would not take it – said Discover charged him too much he only would take Master Card although Discover card is what I reserved it with. Then he charged me for wireless internet – which was advertised free – but of course he wanted cash for that. I thought it was free and looked it up when I was in my room. I went back down to get my 5$ back – he told me I already paid the money and he would not give it back – even if it said it was free.

I reserved a double bed room – after he collected my money he kept trying to get me to take a single bed room – which is cheaper of course. The next day I checked out and asked for him to credit my card for that night. It was well within the range of canceling reservations because I did it before 9 am and you had to cancel by 6 pm – he would not return my money and when I asked him for it back – he told me no and then told me to leave the place. The place should truly be condemned – it is filthy and unsafe!! I can understand structure defects – but the rooms were filthy and there is no reason they could not have been cleaned.

I wish I had read reviews on this motel before I booked - will know better next time. All motels in the area were booked solid for that weekend - but this one - now I know why.

I am not against all Red Carpet Inns - but this one needs to be looked at carefully by management!!

This place was horrible... I would have rather slept in the parking lot. Rooms were dirty and the management was not friendly. WE realized how bad the place was and wanted a refund and the guy behind the counter would not give us anything. He told us that we need to stay outside of the hotel office and try to sell the room to people that don't have a reservation. He also told us don't let our personal preferences affect the way he business is ran.

In the room there were holes drilled in the table tops and you couldn't even turn on the lights as well as peeling wallpaper and this guy still wanted $85.00 a night. We also found out that people kept coming out with different rates from the next person that came in there.

This guy also double booked a room. This kid went to go into his room that he had a reservation for and there were already people in it.

I would highly recommend finding something else or sleeping in your vehicle.
