This hotel is poorly managed and the manager should be fired, along with a few staff. No towels in the room; room was not vacuumed and there was debris all over the floor. Supposedly "brand-new" AC did not work properly; after someone came up to the room and "jump-started" it, it worked for an hour and then stopped again. Accidentally left a valuable in the room. Called to ask about it and manager was rude (and the valuable was not found). Credit card bill came up too high. Called and was told that they "pre-process it with an extra $20 just in case you do damage to the room." No other hotel has ever done that in all our travels, including other Hampton Inn locations.
