I was in Cleveland for business and chose to stay here. Being less then twenty minutes from downtown was very convenient and the price was perfect. The staff was excellent as were the amenities. I was surprised to see they serve wine and food every night. Room was very comfortable with all the typical Hampton accessories. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a good location, close to Cleveland and close to good restaurants and the highway. The hotel is aging and the rooms are starting to show its age. I found a big spider in my bathroom the last time I stayed but that stuff happens. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall which should be fixed. I have stayed here several times and I’ll keep coming back because the people are so friendly. They have a mangers reception where they serve wine, cheese, and sometimes chili. It’s a nice touch. The price is lower than other surrounding properties so it’s still a good value. I’ll continue to come back but they do need to address the deteriorating rooms.

Stayed for a weekend trip with my daughter to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and MetroZoo. Good location and easy commute to both attractions. Near many restaurant choices. Clean hotel with friendly service. The only issue I encountered was that the person on the desk in the evening seemed to have a problem answering the telephone and forwarding calls to the room promptly. My wife had to call back 4 times to finally reach us.

Booked ahead online for one overnight stay on our way home. We had stayed at Hampton Inns all this past week.
When we got to the hotel, Sean at front desk listened to our rooming situation and was able help us get an even better set up than we had hoped for. We didn't mind paying a little extra.
Odd: found wet carpet spot in one room, but we were crashed - no biggie.
Breakfast had some issues with the famous make your own waffle-maker not working properly, but we made due.
Ice maker not working, but found another one instead.
Non-smoking rooms must have been recently converted - you can never get rid of that smoking smell IMHO, unless you gut and repaint the room.
Again, great friendly, helpful front desk staff. Comfy beds, pillows and linens as always.
