Pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Separate units similiar to a condo with an open floor plan containing bed, kitchenette, and sitting area. Location was perfect with easy access to Port Arthur historical site.

Beautiful place, but too expensive. The location is very good, but 170 $ for one night for 2 adults and an infant without breakfast is too much. The villa was perfect: spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. The bed was awesome, the bathroom was too cold, I don't understand why the window couldn't close completely!!! The staff was was great and helpful.

After reading the reviews we decided that this was the place to stay and we were not disappointed. Wally Lyne was more than welcoming and the room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We were here for only 1 night but I would certainly consider staying here again. We were able to book not only our accommodation but also our pass, Ghost Tour & dinner at Port Arthur through Wally and was not even charged extra for the additional service. It's only a short walk across the road to Port Arthur Historic Site. Well worth considering and highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for visiting Port Arthur. The Hotel is within 10 minutes walk to Port Arthur's reception, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden and with full equipped kitchen. The owner, Wally is a kind man and helpful. The next morning we even witness a wombat right near our door!
The only thing makes us uncomfortable is the Notice on the fridge mentioned the different penalty for late-check, or dirty kitchen.
However, still a wonderful place to stay!
