We came across the Millthorpe Motel by chance as Orange was full, the staff were helpful and friendly and let us know early about Limited Dining Options in the Township.
The King Bed was one of the most Comfortable i have ever slept in! The Double Bath was also a treat.
You would also be pleased to know there is now a Televison upstairs in the Bedroom.
I cant wait to come back to this little gem and hope to dine at Tonic.

Booked this room on wotif, we were very hapy with the accomodation and will return. Local restaurant Tonic was wonderful and lived up to its review in Gourmet Traveller.

We stayed at the Millthorpe Motel on an impulse to get away on a wet weekend. The receptionist was very helpfull, even turning the air con on before our arrival on a cold wet evening. We paid the extra for a loft apartment, my wife was very happy with the unit and it was well laid out. I had two problems with the unit, there was no toilet upstairs which meant a walk down a steep flight of stairs in the middle of the night and there was no TV upstairs which I thought was odd. Other than these few issues we both enjoyed our night in Millthorpe. We would return but I'm leaning toward a same level stay.

Millthorpe Motel is a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff and very neat and tidy rooms. I have travelled around Australia on several business trips , but i have never met such a wonderful & friendly staff . They treat you like a family member. The service is very good and its the best place to stay around orange.
