Myself and my partner stayed at The Pound Inn for two nights in November and the room was both clean and tidy.Terry,Anne and Chris made us feel welcome from the start and could not do enough for us.We had breakfast and evening meals which were both to a high standard and very enjoyable.Freshly cooked and fresh produce.Located ideally for the city of Wells,Glastonbury and Clarks village at Street.The atmosphere in the bar on the evening was very friendly and the locals pleasant and sociable.Many thanks to Terry,Anne and Chris for a pleasant stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

We found The Pound Inn very warm and friendly. The food was outstanding - evening and breakfast. Room was most comfortable and plenty big enough for a family of 4. Will definitely go back again!! Thanks very much Terry, Ann & Chris.

Had a fantasic stay here.close to everything.cheddar was brill.wells chathedral amazing.pound inn had fab food.breakfast cooked by terry was a great start to the day..sunday night we had lovely time in bar.people very friendly.will be going back next year.
