We stayed here for several nights while exploring the area. Tom and Ann were great hosts and provided wonderful breakfast plus plenty of information on the area. The room was a reasonable size and on the main floor which was helpful for my mum, but the bathroom was pretty small.

Arrived in Seahouses for boat trip to Farne Islands and decided to stay the night. Tourist Info office made phone call for us and managed to get us last available room. Railston House is Georgian property with many original features combined with 21st century facilities. Hosts, Anne and Tom Grundy, very welcoming. 3 double/twin bedrooms all tastefully decorated. Very comfy bed and lounge chairs. Option to use conservatory and rear garden. Convivial breakfast with other 4 guests. Wide selection of food including superb smoked fish. Standards very high and easily deserves its 4-diamond silver award from Tourist Board.
