“Perfect Overnight Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 January 2012

I booked my stay as there was a special offer of £39.50 per person per night for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast and I wanted somwhere to stay near Holy Island. From check in to checking out I couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff were helpful; the room was modern, clean and comfortable; and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent and provided real value for money. I will definitley be returning and would recommend The Lindisfarne Inn to anyone.

“our yearly xmas trip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 December 2011

There were 8 of us booked into The Lindisfarne Inn on 3rd December for our annual xmas night away. This is the first time we have stayed here but it wont be the last. The staff were so friendly and I think we entertained them! The food was top class , well worth the 39.50 we paid. I agree that the wine is expensive however the spirits were reasonably priced. The rooms were extremely clean and warm. The only fault was our room, room 5, the bed was definately past its sell by date, very lumpy and uncomfortable. Didnt like to complain as everything else was brilliant including the breakfast in the morning.

“Great winter break.”

Spent 3 nights on a winter break at this inn, two weeks ago - excellent value. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower, excellent (towels changed daily). Food was good and certainly value for money with giant portions. Management and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one small issue, thought the bottles of wine with the meals were a bit pricey, £2 to £3 over an acceptable price for an inn. Ideally situated, would recommend this hotel and will certainly return.

“3 night winter break deal.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

Gorgeous place to stay, welcoming staff, cosy warm pub, rooms are very modern and clean only problem was the bed, we had a double room but the bed was just 2 singles pushed together so had a very uncomfortable divide between both. radiators worked very fast and warmed up the room very quickly! (as it was absolutely freezing outside!) food was delicious! although if we didn't have the winter break deal i would have found the food slightly overpriced, as with the drinks, 125ml glass of rose was £3.05. we found that during the evening there wasn't much to do as the drinks were dear and the inn is 20 minutes away from the nearest town, there is a tv in the rooms that does have free view but we thought that it would have been a little bit better if there was a pool table or something in the pub.
