We arrived at the hotel and informed where our room was and found the room to be freezing cold withno heating. After some delay and sat with coats on we were told the heating needed to be turned on!!. Great at the most coldest part of the year!! Approx 2.45am i awoke freezing due to no heating on (again), the bed had a sheet a thin blanket and a top cover more akin to the summer weather and NO DUVET. Thank god they had another blanket in the wardrobe.. The breakfasy was ok but no-one came and spoke of the heating problem or introduced themselves, we had no idea who ran the pub or who the staff were working at breakfast time.
The hotel was overpriced and in need of an update in room decor and bedding before anyone should pay £75.00 a night. We wouldnt stay again.
