The room was searingly hot on arrival, 31 degrees. Even in December that seems a bit much and it took a good couple of hours to become bearable. Also, the toilet had an unpleasant brown liquid in the bowl, quickly sorted but not expected. Once the room had cooled down though it was the usual good standards I've come to expect with a very comfortable bed decent shower and a good breakfast.

We have stayed in this premier inn on several occasions as always the staff were welcoming, genuine and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the food in the pub is great value, filling and enjoyable. Best place to stay in Margate.

The room was extremely hot and the airconditioning non-functional. The staff gave us a fan which made no difference. The bathroom was very old and not of usual Premier Inn standard. There were issues with food in the restuarant and the manager was not very helpful. It was not until check out that the receptionist did something pro-active and refunded the first night, however, the refund was not processed and it was not until almost 2 months later and having chased them, that the cheque came through. Never again!

Always treated well at the Margate Premier Inn and credit to Premier Inn for continuously upgrading and improving the Hotel. Staff are particularly helpful and rooms are as one would expect for a Premier Inn - clean and comfortable.
