stayed here for 2 nights january 6th & 7th had a great deal the premier inn staff could not do enough for us , the room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was also nice and tidy we could not fault it , the restaraunt next door was 1st class the staff are really helpful and the food is fantastic and the meal deal is worth every penny, the staff are a credit to the premier inn . well done and thank you for an enjoyable stay .

Stayed at premier inn with two mates on new years eve to hit the forum, on arriving, the man who was actually still in training and left alone, charged us £20 more than the agreed rate on the booking form (which we had with us at the time). agreed to pay anyway and would get a refund the following morning when the manager was supposed to be in. when we got to our room one bed had not been made up to the twin form which we required. the man at reception told us that he could only put a sheets on the bed as he could not find anything . The next morning we waited 30 mins for our cooked breakfast and upon checking out we asked for a refund under the good night gaurantee and was told by another trainee that she was unable to give us one because she did not have the card in order to do so. Found this quite shocking as my girlfriend works as a receptionist at another premier inn and has never found herself in this situation. Also we stay in premier inns reguarly and have never found a problem. Wouldnt blame the two young receptionists as it is not there fault and were very apologetic, in fact they were very friendly however I felt sorry for them after being left unattended without the experience and knowledge to deal with the situation, where was the duty management on a busy night like new years eve? This was the second time we had stayed at that this premier inn and was really surprised at what had happened. would be unlikely to stay again.

Stayed with my wife two nights over Christmas when visiting family. Room large well furnished and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not have their breakfast or dinner

Stayed here as the girlfriend prefers premier inn over travelodge, we stayed in room 26 which overlooked the fire station not a bad room everything was fine :) the only negative is the resturant next door ordered a plate of chips and a coke to be delivered to the room ordered at 21:00 arrived a hour later when they arrivied they were hard and like they were left out ended up going to KFC which is 5 mins this hotel is handy for the galleria which is 5 mins. The staff are really nice aswell
