First the positives. Easy to get to, attractive property in a lovely little village. My room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfiest I think I've ever slept in. I had a double room, with the usual amenities plus a few welcome extras - bar of choclate, bottle of Hildon water and various toiletries. Breakfast was well presented and cooked nicely, with a choice of various cereals, fruits etc.
But, and I'm a fraid it's a big "but". The walls are paper thin, I barely slept, thanks mainly to the ignorant pair in the next room who talked loudly and late into the early hours, when eventually they fell asleep, the sound of their snoring kept me awake. Every time someone went to the bathroom I could hear everything, and I do mean everything.
It's such a shame, because this undid all the postives for me. The room cost me £85, which would've been worth every penny if I'd been able to sleep, however I now wish I'd saved myself half the money and stayed at a premier inn in Andover instead.
