Booked for an overnight stay in December with my daughter and baby grand-daughter, thank goodness we took our own travel cot (at least the baby had something clean, mould and damp free to sleep in).
Bathroom in terrible condition, black mould covering the walls and ceiling, considering we booked the family room only had enough linen for the double bed (two sheets and thin duvet).
Room smelt very damp but some attempt had been made to mask this.
During the early hours of the morning a group of women entered the link room next door they had clearly been out to a party and were very loud not a good idea to give them a room next to a family room. I have written to advise the powers that be that this establishment is in need of repair but have not received any reply. Personally I think it should be raised to the ground. I am appalled this establishment is allowed to continue, it should be closed. Avoid room 5 ground floor family room, but judging from most comments all the rooms are in a bad condition.
