I've been there on a 4 days business trip. This place is a little over average considering the price range. It is somewhat older but has obviously seen some renovations, e.g., the bar and the restaurant. Also my room on the "executive club etage" was quite good although far away from luxury.
They have a gym which is quite good and well equipped with quite a number of cardio machines and also some weightlifting equipment including free weights.
The breakfast is quite ok, especially if you like fat bacon, fat sausages, fat black pudding, and burned toast. If you don't like that you could still go for some cereals. Luckily you don't get burned, they serve the coffee lukewarm.
Bottom line: No problem to go there but don't expect sensations. And: I have been in more expensive places in the region being much worse.
Room Tip: The rooms on the executive level etage were just right. I don't want to see the lower categories...
