We drove from New York to Youngstown OH. Our company booked us at the Knights Inn which we arrived there about 10pm.
Checking in: No AC in the lobby, had to call on their phone to a room number to get an attendant to come to the window. Once I saw that there wasn't any food in the vending machine I knew this wasn't going to be a decent hotel.
Room: Walked in room and 1st thing I do is a visual of the room.
Bedbug droppings on the seams of the mattress. Holes in the walls, floor coming up in the bathroom, womens hair in the bed from previous tenant, dead bugs underneath the sheets..
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED.
LEFT THIS HOTEL AND STAYED AT ANOTHER ONE THAT NIGHT. WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANY KNIGHTS INN.
