I'm sending this regarding my recent visit to this hotel. My boyfriend and I came there on Saturday June 26, 2010. Everything was great until it was time to go to bed. At that time my boyfriend found a bed bug on our sheets. After looking around I found another one on the wall. We put them in a cup and took them to the front desk. The guy working said there was nothing he could do but switch us rooms and we was told to contact the general manager on Monday. We took the other room but after thinking about it we decided not to stay because if they was in one room they are probably in others. I called Monday morning and was unable to reach the guy we was told to speak to. I e-mailed them and still haven't got a response. If I would've read the reviews I would have seen that they have had bed bugs.

We stayed Saturday night 12 June 2010... Spent part of the day resting in bed before going to the pool which was icy cold... Went back to the room to relax before going to the bar... 2 bar tenders for well over 200 people shows a lack of staff... The bar was very stuffy... Went back to our room and went to bed... We were both up and down several times itching... Woke up the next mornin and I had at least 30 bites.... Boyfriend had just as many... When I went to the doctor he said the were bed bug bites and I had over 50 after he counted... So now I am on a steroid pills, a steroid cream, and an antibiotic... They hotel has yet tonreturn my call!

I just needed a hotel for the night, so I stopped here. The restaurant is also a nightclub with loud music banging away, but the front desk clerk assured me that we would not be able to hear the noise from our room. She was right. The place is decent and certainly fine for anyone just spending a night going somewhere else. If you're looking to spend a few nights however, I would look elsewhere. I will note that the hotel could certainly be upgraded a little more - the electrical tape on the carpeting leading into the lobby does not give the best first impression. The breakfast offered was not the best.

When I showed up to this Hotel I thought it's appearance was quite nice. They had an excellent looking lobby and the hostess at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. The room was average, but nice and clean. I especially liked the Wi-Fi that was available, and the restaurant/bar was nice to sit at and enjoy at the end of the evening. There was a nice looking pool outside but it was a little too chilly for me to enjoy---mid March isn't a great time for swimming in Ohio.

The best thing I have to say is the complimentary breakfast in the morning. They had a good selection and it was all very fresh.
The least favorite thing was that the rooms were a little dated, but for the value I received, it was a surprisingly nice hotel overall.
