This hotel filled the bill for us on our recent weekend trip to Cincinnati. It was a short drive to downtown Cincinnati, and very convenient to attractions in the Fairfield area. The hotel was in a quiet, safe, area, with restaurants and shopping a short drive away. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and included a refrigerator and microwave, flat screen TV, and free internet access. The bed was very comfortable as well. Although we didn't take time to enjoy them, there was a nice pool and a small fitness room available. The breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and pastries. However, it was only available until 9:30 a.m., even though on a Saturday. I think breakfast should have been available for a longer time, and I saw a few guests come down for breakfast after things had been put away. Other than that, we thought this was a very nice place to stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a several day stay due to a family death. The Rooms were nice and clean, the Breakfast each morning was great, but the thing that puts this Hotel in the excellent catagory is the staff. They are top notch! Not a rude one on the bunch! They were so very friendly and competent. They seemed to really care about their customers and really enjoy their jobs. We felt very pampered in a hard and stessful time. I would recommend this Hotel highly!

we went to the holiday inn express on friday 10/28 thru 10/31 the staff here was excellent and very helpful. the amenities were beyond belief...with a pool and a hot tub that was open all nite and the morning breakfast that was better than any resturant we so much enjoyed ourselves. we would recommend this to anyone five stars!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel. Rooms were spacious. Comfy bed. Front desk staff were very pleasant.

They were having problems regulating the heat in the pool and hot tub. The manager apologized to us several times for the problems.

The breakfast was excellent. Three kinds of breakfast meat and lots of other good things.
