Not the best of the Hamptons. I should say overall it was an average hotel stay. Service Quality was not up to the mark and often the rooms were left unclean. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

WE ARE STILL IN SHOCK. Why would the General Manager call the Police on an Disabled AIR FORCE VETERAN ,in a wheelchaie? Here is what happened. He invited his 3 grandchildren to have breakfast with him. The attendant "T" began throwing away food (oatmeal) 5 min before end time. Next GM "J", came over to ask who was who. GM then said that people off the streetcould not jus come in and eat!!. I agreed then offered to buy my breakfast "NO" The GM stated! Our daughter then explained that her dad had two rooms reserved for his stay for the christmas-new years week .She booked him at this location so he could visit with .his children from another marriage. No! the GM replied only names on the registar could stay. EVERYONE must leave and never come to the fairfield oh location. It was very cold outside, We were given only a few minutes to grab things with the police standing at the door. Other guest was staring. It was so embarassing. The tone used to talk to us was rude and unnecessary. My daughter was in tears. The grands (2,3 & 7) were terrified. Even the policemen were apologizing for the treatment. My husband and i are both honorably retired/disabled veterans. He is 100% disabled in a wheelchair with limited speech. Two rooms allows up to people per room...3 GRANDS 3 daughters and us equals 8. The food was not that good, the bathrooms were dirty!! NEVER AGAIN HAMPTON IN NEVER AGAIN!!
Fine for a short stay but a little pricey perhaps. Room was fine with everything I needed. Only gripe was that we arrived rather late and tired and had to wait for ages while the desk clerk finished a phone call. I think it was a business call but it would have been nice if she had at least acknowledged us standing around and waiting.
Carpet was really wet in the entire room, checked at front desk if they had just cleaned it and she didn't think so. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom needed some deep cleaning in the corners. Toilet flushing was so loud it woke up everybody.
Once we checked into the hotel on Friday night with our soccer team, we were told that there had been some breakins the week before. Everything was fine on Friday night; however, on Saturday night, someone busted out the window on my car and took my Ipod and camera and a few purchases which we had made that day. The parking lot was not well lit, in fact, there were no security lights on when I found my car and it wasn't daylight yet. The hotel personnel knew there was a problem, because they told me it has recently been happening often, yet they had not increased the security and made sure the security lights were working. A goodwill gesture could have been offered in the form of comping one night; however, the only thing they offered me was a trash bag to cover my window. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!
