came down with a group of kids for acquire the fire that was across the street which was very convenient rooms were very nasty hot in the overwhelming smell of subway throughout the rooms in hallway a lot of bums walking outside begging for money. would not stay here again

Arrived the following morning after first day of booking (my fault). Front desk accommodated me (when they could have given the room/reservation away) without issue. Breakfast was good although cramped on occasion (it is held in the lobby). Variety was good. I had no issue walking to the centere of the city but I imagine others may complain. Transport is only steps away though. Multiple food and a general store nearby.

My husband and I stayed here while a relative had surgery. Although the price was good for the area, we found the room and hotel in general very depressing. It obviously needs to be renovated. One of the two elevators was broken the entire time of our four night stay, so somtimes just leaving the building took a long time. Our view was a vacant building near the hotel with cracked windows and birds nesting. The room was bizarre in that there was no wall between the bathroom and the sitting area, just a shower curtain. I could not figure out why this was constructed this way. The lobby is dark with stained carpeting and the hallways musty with dated carpeting. The only thing great about this place was the staff who were helpful, courteous and efficient. If they updated this place I would stay again, but not until then.

First of all customer service was very unhelpful and also told us we could check in at noon. After a four hour drive we had to sit in our car in 90 plus degree weather for a couple of hours waiting on our room. The room is nothing like the picture and not very clean. Then to top it all off I get up at 5 a.m. yes I said a.m. to take a shower before my drive home and there is no hot water. When I told the manager he said perhaps I turned the wrong handle as if I were a child who doesnt know how to work a shower. I will never visit this hotel again.
