When we first walked in we received a very warm welcome from the girl at the front desk, check in was fast and simple.

We walked up to the second floor passing paintings and furniture that tied the feeling of the building together.

The room seemed very large even with the four post bed. The room and bath were very clean.

Ate dinner at Gamekeepers, which was lovely, then had a romantic walk along the entire downtown area and watched the falls.

In the morning I woke up for the continental breakfast completed with a choice of newspaper.

Overall it was a great stay.

What a great experience, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and warmth of this Inn. I stayed 5 nights and I highly recommend it!

The Inn staff were smiling and helpful, and made me feel very welcome with lots of personalized attention. My room was sunny, comfortable and immaculate. And the location is unbeatable!

I grew up in the area and went back for a visit. I was happy to find an Inn located right in Chagrin Falls, a very short walk to restaurants and the waterfall, also a great starting point for visits to the parks and country drives…the wine bar right next door became my favorite place to meet up with old friends.

I can’t say enough about the comfort and warm spirit I felt at this place...my next task after I post this review is to book a trip back in October with my husband to see the leaves change… and yes…we’ll stay at the Inn of Chagrin.

What we got for 250 bucks ???? a night!

1.) Unfriendly...and... Unhelpful front desk!

2.) Air conditioner was OLD and did Not cool the room!

3.) Whirlpool tub had no real jets to creat bubbles (very old)

4.) VERY Noisy...Heard people until 1:00 AM both nights outside our room from the restaurant and the wine bar!

5.) A JOKE Breakfast....boxed cereal and bagels for 250.00 a night.

NO Bellman No Room service! ETC.....

We will Never stay there again!!!!!

I would Love to know why you are paying 250.00 for an old outdated room with virtually NO AMENITIES!!!!

My wife and I have just returned from a very pleasant stay at the Chagrin Inn where I took her for a special birthday getaway. While this was not our first time at the Inn, we always find it delightful to stay there.



Our room could not have been nicer in that it was cozy with a gas fireplace, a wonderful sitting area and a large king size bed.



One of the best features of the Inn, besides the friendly staff, is its location. It is adjoined on one side by a wonderfully comfortable wine bar and on the other side amazing food is served at the Gamekeepers Restaurant.



The hospitality of the staff could not have been better and we will certainly return again.
