“Good location”

This is a B&B with 4 rooms, I think, located on the outskirts on Yungaburra. It is a very quiet location but only 15 mins walk from the town which has a number of good reastaurants. All the rooms have themes. We stayed in the African room which had all manner of items to remind you of that continent at every turn. It was a comfortable room. Breakfast is brought to youtr room at a prearranged time. There is a choice and we can recommend Jurg's pancakes! Also the fruit juice is from fruit grown in the garden and freshly squeezed. There are also many complimentary items such as port, and soft drinks. There is also an open wood fire which was needed as the temperature falls at night at that altitude.
We can recommend the Wetlands sunset safari - it was a great experience.

“Lovely room”

We stayed for 2 nights at Gumtree. The B & B has 4 themed rooms, we chose 'African Elegance'. The whole room had an African theme. It was very comfortable and had a/c and an open fire (which we grateful for as it was chilly in the evenings). The owners Jorg and Penny were very helpful and friendly. There was a goos choice of breakfast dishes which were delivered to our room. We enjoyed our stay.
