“Piece of paradise!”

We were staying 4 nights in September 2011 at Mulanah Gardens B&B in Inverlaw; less than 15km from Kingaroy. There are 2 cottages for rent; we were in the Bank-Sia cottage. What a view! Peaceful property with manicured gardens, welcoming hosts and everything you need or think of awaits you inside the cottage.
It’s a self contained kitchen, well equipped joined to the living area (bigger screen TV would be appreciated) and a separate bedroom with open wood fire and en suite panoramic views spa bathroom.
If you are after secluded romantic place to stay near the Bunya Mountains, this is the best option for you. Warmly recommended and we’ll be back in the near future, no doubt!
Thank you Rhonda and Lindsay for having us in your little piece of haven!

Room Tip: Bank Sia cottage has separated bathroom as Grevillia cottage has the spa in the bedroom.

“Pure Bliss”

The ultimate stress break. This was the ideal place to unwind and forget about fast pace life. The accommodation was pure luxury and the host's Ronda and Lindsay were the perfect host's, we will return soon and highly recomend this establishment.

Both cottages were clean & very comfortable. We were fortunate to have stayed in both. Kitchens have everything you need. The log fire is wonderful.Lindsay the host brings wood to the cottage every afternoon. We enjoyed the lovely fresh flowers, complimentary cookies & port.. Fabulous bed linen, great spa with candles for you to relax. Fantastic views, amazing sunsets & sensational moon & stars. Beautiful gardens & lovely birds of all colours & sounds.Enjoyed the peace & quiet. Other delights were the water fall features, pioneers journey with pool table & there is a great chess game in amongst the gardens. All this was only highlighted by the hosts Rhonda & Lindsay , very gracious & thoughtful hospitality. A very enjoyable & comfortable stay .Look forward to returning.

Room Tip: Banskia separate bedroom/bathroom.Grevillea bedroom/bathroom all in one. Both have spa, great views.

“Loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 June 2011

We decided to spend a few days of in Kingaroy to check out the food & wine places around & didnt regret our choice for a minute! This place was very luxurious, clean and just fantastic. We both enjoyed a lovely massage, the best cheese platter we have ever had, some beautiful home made scones & the lovely port... It was fantastic! The hosts were so friendly and helpful, with lots of advice on the local wineries etc. We really loved Crane Wines - I still order them now. Taste South Burnett is also well worth a look.
Overall, a fantastic stay - the cottages are truly lovely.
We will be back for sure.

“A Wonderful Place to Visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 May 2011

A surprise present for my husband birthday. What better could he ask for ~ not a thing ~ as he was over the moon with our 2 night stay. Once we settled (which didn't take long) we had a cuppa and the beautiful biscuits that had been left for us. Just to sit back and see the country sites and the views of the Bunya Mountains with the cloudless bue sky was relaxing. Lindsay was down not long after we arrived with bread & milk and to light the wood fire for us. The host Lindsay and Rhonda are a down to earth couple ~ nothing is a problem. They advised us of a lovely place to dine and also made the booking. Rhonda was down with pillow slips (spare pillows in cottage) when we asked in no time. Most host would hand them to you, but not Rhonda ~ out comes the pillows, on go the fresh crisp pillow slips ~ fluffed up and placed with the others. Mean while, Rhonda's chatting to us which made us feel most welcome. We both had a wonderful relaxed and enjoyable stay at Mulanah Gardens and will certainly see them again, but next time the visit will be longer. Just to sit and watch the fire was relaxing.
It was also arranged that we go and visit Lindsay's mum Olive as she does patchwork and I also do patchwork. We were asked for morning tea ~ Wow does Olive make beau~tif~ul scones and also patchwork. It was nice to meet the family where we welcomed like friends from way back. A lovely family.
I truly advise you all that Mulanah Garden Luxury B&B Cottages is a place you will very much enjoy ~~ We certainly did !!
