The Post Office Guest House was welcoming, very clean and well organised. It was located in a central position across the road from the local tourism office. The locals were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely and didn't want to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chillagoe Guest House. The rooms were roomy and clean. The Manager was very hospitable and accommodating to our every needs. The guest house was nice and airy and air conditioned if needed.
We will definitely recommend the Guest House for our friends who go to Chillagoe.

Perfectly placed in town central to everything. Comfortable and affordable. A range of room types- I had an ensuite room but a room with the share facilities would have been fine also. The share kitchen and bathroom is spacious with all you need. Nice big fluffy towels, and quality kitchen appliances. Air conditioning throughout- a must for the hot humid Chillagoe climate!

We've stayed at the Chillagoe Guest House a number of times and would never consider staying elsewhere when we visit the area. The rooms are clean and the living area spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a modest yet decent meal. Our stay came with milk, bread, juice, bottled water, eggs, cereal and a few other odds and ends to help fix a quick breakfast. Overall, it's a great place to stay!
