I stay at this hotel regularly for work and the staff are always really friendly, the rooms really clean and I couldn't ask for anything more from the service I get when im there.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on 29th Oct, got a good deal as it was only £29.99!! Rooms are very basic but clean, some of the furniture is a little bit out dated, but can't complain for the price. The lights in the car park at the back of the hotel were not working, so it was extremely dark and a bit scary if you were alone. The "eat all you can" style breakfast was nice with a good variety of cereal, fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. Overall was a pleasant stay and would return if in the area.

We came to Cheshire for a week as my husband was on a course. Everything about the hotel was fantastic, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service and attention to detail from ALL staff, most notably Tina. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made our stay fantastic. We would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel .... for breaks as welll as for business.
