The hotel is old though very clean. Expensive for what it is.They say lake near by and boat or canoe free for all guest, but the boats and canoes are only available from 11 am to 7 pm. We were disappointed expecting a nice boat ride. More a pond than a lake. Positive note: the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok.

We have just returned from a trip to the Mont Blanc Ski Resort and we really enjoyed our stay! We came accross the resort when we were researching the Mount Trembalant area and resorts.
it was our first trip to Canada and first time to try skiing so we didn't want to spend a whole bunch of money not knowing if it was for us or not.
We were delighted with the rate at Mont Blanc , they had a Snow Special that included breakfast and dinner, also had 90 minutes of ski lessons, lift passes and ski gear rental, perfect for us!
We spent 3 nights and had a great time. We stayed in the hotel as their 'slope side studios' were booked out , but we were very happy with the accomodation as we had a direct view of Mont Blanc and the slopes(Something you would pay a small fortune for in Mount Trembalant).
The downside of the hotel room was the bathroom was very small and if there were guests upstairs there was noise coming from there, aside from that, it was great.
Wi Fi Internet was available in the Hotel lobby.
We were about a 10 minute drive from Mony Trembalant village and 20 minutes from Mount Trembalant Ski Resort which was very nice.
We decided to eat out on two of our nights because we wanted a bit of variety. Breakfast was good, lots of choice of fruit, cereal, toast, eggs, bacon and sausage ect.
We missed our first days ski lesson as were not informed about it on arrival and were were left running around a bit trying to find out where to go and what to do (part of that was having no experience of skiing). But while at reception the following day another receptionist was giving new guests clear directions on where everything was and giving them their lift passes, rental gear token and telling them about locker keys ect, so they do give the information but we had to do the running around ourselves.
Other things to mention were that it had a pool and a hot tub , great for chilling out in after a very busy day!
Overall great value and quieter than Mount Trembalant!
We look forward to returning to Mont Blanc!
