“Great Place”

Booked a large King suite, it was very clean and large with 2 TV's, a DVD player, free internet, sofa bed, whirlpool tub, fridge, 2 burners, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. Great place to stay for a night or a week. You could close the bedroom off from the living area with the 2 sliding doors. Had a substantial continental breakfast, even have light dinners included in the evening on Mon-Thur....unbelievable! It was very reasonably priced for what you get. There was a nice garden area with a barbecue, and a fitness room, the only thing missing is a pool, however this didn't matter to us. They would likely have to charge more if there was a pool. Restaurants are nearby along with the Galaxy Cinema.
Our son had a Queen suite beside ours, with 2 queen beds, it was a little smaller, but still nice with a mini kitchen as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet, even though we faced the street.

“great place for familys we will be back”

The service was great. I originally booked 2 nights on the website and when I decided to add a 3rd night, the clerk on the phone was pleasant, helpful and within 5 minutes I had a new confirmation #.
We had a 2 bedroom suite and with the "living room" we had 3 tv's. Very nice when you have 2 kids with different tastes.
The rooms were clean and we had refresh service each day.
They have a hot breakfast during the week and it varied by day.
They also have all the usual continental breakfast items. ie bagel, cereal, danish, fruits ect.
Newer exercise machines in the exercise room, the laundry is open 24hrs and the fish ponds in the lobby and eating area are relaxing.
Our room was on the side facing hwy 400 and we could not hear the cars.

“diffently unsatified”

asked for 2 rooms. 1st. room was dirty and 2nd room was to have 2 full size beds but came with just one. was there for a wedding and I am not the only one who was not satified. When we cmplained the front desk just said sorry. The brides room was not what she paid for and the price was not adjested, paid full price. NEVER WILL WE COME BACK.

We know that our guests have multiple hotel choices, which is why our mission is to provide clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price that guests want to come back to. The room condition you describe is totally unacceptable to me and not at all representative of our quality standards. In response to your post, I have met with our hotel staff and used your review to help coach them on room cleaning and inspection policy.

It's not common that we get the sort of feedback you provided, and although it is discouraging to read, it will help us make our hotel even better in the future. “Fantastic”

Stayed at ES and thought it was great.
Had a 2 room suite. One room 2 queen beds and the other 1 king.
The kitchen isn't well stocked. No big knives.
Included a breakfast and light dinner. Not gourmet but it's food.
Less than 10 minutes to Canada's Wonderland.
Wished the garden area was opened but that is my only complaint.
Staff friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly go back.
You need a car though if you want to do any shopping

“just looked for a cheap stay and it was great!”

as someone else reviewed we walked in and were immediately upgraded from studio to amazing multiroom suite!much like the residence inndowntown where we stayed.it was a great suite with two tvs, efficency with kitchen etc. and a living room with couch.pleasantly surprised.had free meal with burgers and pop at night..and free breakfast in the morning..only drawback was people and especially kids running the elevators and halls..heard doors opening closing all night and horns honking outside.i guess for the price we paid it out did our expectations and my wife would love to stay again.

Room Tip: try for upgrade? business types would love this suite for extended stays..
