Note to Tripadvisor: the name of the town is South Baymouth, not Southbay Mouth.
Although I'd typically picture a B&B as being one building with several rooms, this establishment has separate cabins/cottages. They were rustic, but were roomy and comfortable. The breakfast, served in one central building (where staff lived, it appeared), was exceptinally good. Our cabin had no view of the bay but was wtihin a very short walking distance of the small town. If you're taking the morning ferry, you'll be advised to take your car to the loading area and check in, then return to the hotel for breakfast (which starts at 8 a.m.), and then walk back to your car when loading of the ferry starts. Easy walk. There are less expensive options in the area but since we booked at the last minute and the room was nice and the breakfast very good, we were happy.
