The Hotel was very clean, Big rooms and they have a Great restaurant called Troy's
The food was great, very busy place. had to wait a few minutes for a table.
My car broke down, the staff in the restaurant gave us a phone number of repair shop.

We found this hotel online and saw that included in the price was a complimentary breakfast. This was an addition to the ammenities that we were happy about it. We assumed it would be continental, so when we called to reserve, we asked. The man said that we would receive vouchers for an egg breakfast down the street upon arrival. When we got there, and asked for the vouchers, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. They said that the free breakfast they advertised did not occur for a couple of weeks yet. HOWEVER, they still advertise it, and tell people on the phone that it is indeed taking place. SO JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THIS SITE FALSELY ADVERTISES FREE BREAKFASTS AND DOESN"T INCLUDE THEM!!! I wonder...if they falsely advertise this...what else is false advertising on this site? Would have went somewhere a little cheaper had I known that breakfast wasn't included.

We were in town for a mountain biking competition and had booked two adjoining rooms online and specifically mentioned we had a dog. When we checked in, the front desk clerk told us our rooms were on the second floor but this was a problem because pets are only allowed on the first floor but she could offer us two separate rooms on the first floor. I specifically mentioned the dog when booking and wasn't accepting this explanation. She mentioned that adjoining rooms weren't guaranteed anyway but I wasn't backing down. I firmly believe in "the customer is always right" and do expect establishments to bend over backwards to accommodate guests. That's just the way it is. I wanted that adjoining room! Besides our dog is small, non-shedding and extremely quiet... why couldn't we stay on the second floor? "That's the policy", she told me. Well.... rules are made to be broken.... when she could see I had no intention of backing down... she rapidly typed away on the computer and after several minutes... voila! Two adjoining first floor rooms magically turned up.

The rooms were fine, I have nothing bad to say about them. Our teens enjoying the indoor pool immensely. Troy's Diner was closed for renos but Kelsey's is just down the road. Very accessible to the 401. Staff were helpful with the wireless internet setup for our laptops. They were even fine with us storing our pricey mountain bikes in the room... no way were they staying on the bike racks! And even the dog was quite content. Everyone went away happy, job well done Best Western!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Milton Inn for work. I was there for 2 months. The staff were amazing and friendly and they always went out of their way to make sure I was happy/comfortable. I have to commend one of the staff specifically for maintaining his composure when some trailer trash female spit in his face when - God Forbid - she had to wait 15 minutes for service when he was dealing with 30 or more people, alone. Luckily for her, I was not present.

The location also has easy access to the 401. There is a restaurant on the premises (Troy's Diner!), the hotel is a 5 minute walk from McDonald's, Subway, Swiss Chalet, Tim Horton's and Kelsey's is right next door as well.

All in all, living in a hotel for 2 months is not ideal, but the staff made it that much more enjoyable - front desk and cleaning staff included!

No more 6:30 wake-up calls for me!!!
